Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years in real estate market research or related analytical role.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills to analyze complex datasets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and real estate databases (e.g., Lightstone, Stats SA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present data effectively.
• Ability to work independently on multiple remote projects.
