Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate asset management, property management, investment analysis, or related field.
Demonstrated success in managing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets and achieving financial objectives.
Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, market analysis, and valuation techniques.
Excellent financial modeling, budgeting, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, and MS Excel.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the North West property market, with experience in or around Mahikeng.
Ability to think strategically and implement proactive solutions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
