Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and underwrite potential real estate investment opportunities, including acquisitions and developments.
• Conduct in-depth market research, feasibility studies, and financial modeling (DCF, IRR, ROI analysis).
• Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for investment committee approval.
• Manage the due diligence process for all acquisitions.
• Oversee asset management strategies for the existing portfolio to drive value enhancement and optimize performance.
• Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting real estate investments in Mahikeng and the broader region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, lenders, and other industry stakeholders.
• Negotiate deal terms and structures for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Ensure compliance with investment policies and reporting requirements.
