Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in real estate portfolio or asset management.
• Proven track record of growing and managing real estate portfolios.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, valuation, market analysis, and investment strategies.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Mahikeng real estate market is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize portfolio value in Mahikeng.
• Oversee property management operations including leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance to maintain high occupancy.
• Conduct regular financial analysis: P&L, cash flow projections, asset valuations.
• Identify and evaluate acquisitions, dispositions, and capital improvements to boost returns.
• Manage relationships with tenants, property managers, brokers, and investors.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.

About the Role

Our client seeks a seasoned Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee and optimize a diverse portfolio of properties in the Mahikeng region. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker adept at both remote management and on-site oversight of assets. You will be responsible for maximizing portfolio value through strategic leasing, effective property management, and identifying opportunities for growth or repositioning. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and investment principles. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize the financial performance and value of the assigned real estate portfolio in Mahikeng .
• Oversee property management operations, including leasing, tenant relations, and facility maintenance, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct regular financial analysis of portfolio performance, including P&L statements, cash flow projections, and asset valuations.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for acquisitions, dispositions, and capital improvements to enhance portfolio returns.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, property managers, brokers, and investors.
