Qualifikationen

• Proficiency with cost estimating software and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
• Manage project budgets throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing.
• Identify, assess, and manage financial risks associated with construction projects.
• Provide expert advice on contractual and commercial matters to project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and procurement policies.
