The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within financial objectives, whilst maintaining the required standards of quality and safety. You will play a crucial part in tendering processes, contract administration, and risk management, working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive understanding of construction contract law and management.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with all project stakeholders.
• Experience working on projects in East London or the wider Eastern Cape region is advantageous.
