Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in quantity surveying on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Experience with FIDIC/JBCC contracts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender and contract documents; manage cost analyses.
• Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle and prepare payment applications.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations and claims.
• Advise on procurement strategies and contract administration.
• Liaise with clients and site teams on commercial matters.
