Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the assigned property portfolio to achieve maximum profitability and asset appreciation.
• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial management.
• Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and capital expenditure projects.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including budgets, variance analyses, and occupancy forecasts, for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of property managers and administrative staff.
• Identify and pursue new investment and development opportunities within the Centurion area.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in property management, with a significant focus on portfolio management.
• Demonstrated success in achieving financial targets and improving property performance.
• Strong understanding of property valuation, market analysis, and real estate investment principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
• A relevant degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Gauteng province as required.
