Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a property portfolio, including tenant issues, lease agreements, and rent collection.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and real estate regulations in South Africa.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
