Job summary

Talent Evolution (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Junior Development Manager (Delivery) to oversee property development projects from Stage 3 (Design Development) through Stage 6 (Close-out). The role focuses on delivering on time, within budget, to the required quality and scope, in alignment with sustainability and regulatory standards.

The role requires coordinating internal and external stakeholders, supporting Senior Development Managers, and ensuring compliance with PROCSA and JBCC frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience within a property development and/or project management environment.
• Experience delivering projects through design, procurement, construction and close-out stages.
• Exposure to Investment Committee processes, development rights and funding conditions will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development projects through Stages 3-6 of the project lifecycle.
• Manage construction phase from Investment Committee approval to handover.
• Coordinate developers, professional teams, contractors and consultants.
• Monitor progress, identify delays/risks and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare project status and financial reports for review by the Development Executive.
