Qualifications

6–10 years’ experience in construction or property-related project management.
Experience managing projects within commercial, retail or other operational property environments.
Strong knowledge of project planning and programme management.
Knowledge of contract and procurement processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and deliver construction and property projects across the portfolio.
Define scope, objectives, deliverables and implementation plans.
Develop and monitor programmes, milestones and progress.
Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Monitor budgets, costs and programme performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety, regulatory and organisational requirements.
Provide project status reports, progress updates and milestone reporting.
Identify risks and mitigation measures to keep projects on track.
