Job summary

Scatec is seeking an experienced Lead Project Planner in South Africa. You will own the development and management of integrated master project programmes for renewable energy projects, coordinating schedules from multiple contractors and aligning them with contractual milestones.

You will lead schedule baselines, apply cost weightings, produce progress forecasts, and ensure adherence to Scatec procedures. Travel to international sites may be required as part of EPC delivery.

Qualifications

• Formal technical qualification in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ EPC project planning experience.
• Advanced Primavera P6 capability and MS Project proficiency.
• Experience developing and controlling integrated master schedules and baselines.
• Strong critical-path, forecasting, and milestone management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and schedule control across opportunities, development and delivery.
• Develop and maintain integrated master programmes and baselines.
• Coordinate multi-contractor schedules and manpower/hardware requirements.
• Analyse milestones, critical paths, and schedule risk for PPA timelines.
• Provide updates to Project Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
