Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ERP implementations and drive process improvements. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, client engagement, and post-implementation support in a fully remote setup. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise software projects and PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets over R1 million, and ensure on-time, on-scope results across multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience with enterprise software implementations.
• Proven track record managing multi-phase ERP projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Strong business-process understanding and client-facing skills.
• PM certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
• Experience managing budgets above R1 million.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
