• Experience with ERP or CRM implementations is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business Admin; PMP or Prince2 is an advantage.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong emphasis on virtual team dynamics.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or similar large-scale system implementations is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or Prince2 certification is a significant advantage.

• Experience managing projects involving geographically dispersed teams.
