Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise software implementations.
• Proven experience managing complex, large‑scale software projects (ERP, CRM, SCM, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
• Experience in client‑facing roles and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing on‑site and remote collaboration.
