Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead complex enterprise software implementations in Benoni, Gauteng. This hybrid role combines remote work with on-site client engagements across the Gauteng region.

You will manage full project lifecycles, define scope and deliverables, and drive successful deployments while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong ERP/CRM experience and PMP/PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience implementing enterprise software (ERP/CRM).
• Proven track record managing client-facing projects.
• Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Asana or Jira and related tools.

About the Role

Our client, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their team in Benoni, Gauteng. This role will focus on delivering complex enterprise system implementations and integrations for a diverse client base. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial client consultation and requirements gathering through to successful deployment and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of enterprise software (ERP, CRM, etc.) and a proven ability to manage projects in a client-facing environment.
