Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP certification and/or specific ERP system certifications (e.g., SAP, Oracle) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on implementing large‑scale ERP systems.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering ERP projects on time and within budget.
• In‑depth knowledge of one or more major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, HR, supply chain, and/or operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple dependencies and diverse stakeholder groups.
