Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an ERP system implementation across Randburg, Gauteng. This role drives process improvement, vendor selection, and change management for a major enterprise project.

You will oversee scope, budgets, and timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver training and post-go-live support to ensure a successful rollout.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMI PMP certification is a strong asset.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience with at least 4 years in ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience managing large IT projects with significant budgets and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and successful completion of the ERP system implementation project.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Lead the selection process for ERP vendors and implementation partners.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and map current and future state processes.

About the Role Our client, a rapidly expanding services firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across its various departments in Randburg, Gauteng . This is a critical initiative aimed at integrating core business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing better data insights. You will be responsible for managing the entire ERP implementation lifecycle, from vendor selection and system configuration to user training and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale ERP projects, strong understanding of business process re-engineering, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
