Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations for a diverse, global client base. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end projects from onboarding to deployment, with emphasis on virtual cross-functional collaboration and high client satisfaction.

You will drive project plans, manage distributed teams, and ensure successful adoption of our software solutions in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience with software implementation projects.
• Proven track record delivering remote projects with distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and client management skills for virtual collaboration.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, or Trello.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically with software implementation projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing remote projects and distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Experience with CRM or ERP software implementation is a strong asset.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
