Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Master's degree or certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive project management experience with BPR focus.
• Experience in financial services with complex processes.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; change management basics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities; stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and PM software.
• Hybrid work model with in-office Klerksdorp collaboration and some remote work.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of business process improvement projects.
• Analyze processes to identify optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and gather requirements.
• Design and implement revised processes with minimal disruption.
• Create and manage process maps, requirements docs, and training materials.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for affected teams.
• Measure and report impact of improvements; drive continuous improvement.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
