Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience with focus on business process improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the identification and analysis of business processes to pinpoint areas for improvement and innovation.
• Develop strategic project plans for business process optimization, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful and timely project completion.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the implementation of new processes, technologies, and systems, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
• Conduct change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training, and support, to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement proactive solutions.
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of implemented changes, reporting on key outcomes and benefits.
• Liaise with senior management and departmental heads to ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals.
