• Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on identifying and improving business processes across departments.
• Analyze current state processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Design and document future-state processes to be efficient and effective.
• Develop project plans with scope, timelines and resources for improvement initiatives.
• Manage implementation of new processes with smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and map processes.
• Track progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Measure impact of changes on KPIs and promote continuous improvement.
