Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and timelines.
• Manage project teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, provide guidance and support.
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation for operational projects, minimizing disruption to ongoing business activities.
• Communicate project status, KPI, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
