Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead business process improvement initiatives across departments in a hybrid work setting in Benoni, Gauteng. You will analyze current processes, design future-state solutions, and drive execution to enhance efficiency and cut costs.

The role requires 6+ years in project management with strong analytical skills and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma. A Bachelor's in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering is preferred; PMP/Six Sigma

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management with focus on process improvement or operational excellence.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and implement effective solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid work environments balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and project management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma or PMP are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and implementation of business process improvements.
• Map current and future state processes, identify bottlenecks, and define improvements.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage project execution within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams for adoption of new processes.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to support changes.
• Monitor effectiveness and adjust processes as needed.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders across hybrid channels.
