Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Master's degree or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in business process improvement or operations management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and redesign business processes across the organization.
• Lead strategic BPI projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
