Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a Power Systems focus.
• 8+ years of professional experience in power systems engineering.
• Pr.Eng registration with ECSA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced power flow, short-circuit, stability, and protection studies for HV systems.
• Design and specify major electrical equipment including transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and generators.
• Develop protection and control schemes for safe operation of power systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new power generation and infrastructure projects.
• Review designs and specifications for quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and regulators in a remote capacity.
