Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
- 8+ years of professional experience in power system analysis, design and project execution.
- In-depth knowledge of power system dynamics, protection schemes, and grid interconnection requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and analysis of complex electrical power systems.
- Develop power system studies, such as load flow, short-circuit, stability, and harmonic analysis.
- Ensure all designs comply with IEEE/IEC codes and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on integrating solar, wind, and energy storage into the grid.
- Collaborate with remote teams to define project requirements and solve technical challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and advance the company's technical capabilities.
