Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
- 8+ years of professional experience in electrical grid engineering and power system analysis.
- Proficiency with grid analysis software such as PSS/E, ETAP, or PSCAD.
- Strong knowledge of grid codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex power flow, short circuit, and stability analyses for high-voltage systems.
- Develop grid expansion plans and upgrade strategies for new generation and load.
- Design and specify grid-connected systems including substations and lines.
- Collaborate with renewable energy developers to integrate solar, wind, and storage.
- Troubleshoot grid operations and mentor junior engineers.
