Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budgets and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice and decision maker.

With 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta, you will demonstrate a track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers. This is a remote, full-time role working with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with metrics you can share.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
