Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Organizational Development to join a fully remote team with ties to Upington, Northern Cape. You will guide clients through critical changes to boost organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance, leveraging change management, leadership development and culture transformation.

Qualifications

Master's degree preferred in organizational psychology, HR, business administration or related field.
7+ years of experience in organizational development, change management or HR consulting.
Proven ability to design and implement OD interventions.
Strong understanding of organizational behavior and leadership principles.
Excellent remote facilitation, communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Assess organizational structures, culture and capabilities to identify development needs.
Design and implement change management, talent management and leadership development strategies.
Facilitate workshops and team-building activities to foster collaboration and engagement.
Develop and deliver training programs on team effectiveness and communication.
Advise clients on optimizing organizational design and improving employee performance.
Measure impact of OD initiatives and provide ongoing recommendations.
