Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in organizational design, HR consulting, or strategic transformation.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing organizational changes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with organizational modeling tools.
• Exceptional remote facilitation, communication, and client management abilities.
• Experience working in a fully remote capacity is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of client organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities.
• Design and recommend optimized organizational models to enhance efficiency, agility, and employee engagement.
• Develop implementation roadmaps for organizational change, including change management strategies.
• Facilitate virtual workshops to gather input and align stakeholders on proposed organizational designs.
• Advise clients on talent management, performance management, and reward systems aligned with the new structure.
• Ensure designed solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with the client's strategic goals.
