Placements24, on behalf of a distinguished management consultancy in Randburg, seeks an adept Management Consultant specializing in Organizational Design to reshape client structures, roles, and responsibilities to boost effectiveness, agility, and employee engagement.

You will work with leadership teams to translate strategic goals into optimized blueprints and guide change management initiatives across diverse client organisations in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, or HR strategy consulting.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior and change management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience with change management frameworks and implementation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assess current organizational structures, workflows, and role definitions.
• Design optimal structures aligned with objectives and market demands.
