Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Consultant specializing in Change Management to guide client organizations through major transitions in Paarl, Western Cape. You will develop change strategies, engage stakeholders, and drive adoption of new initiatives.

The ideal candidate has extensive change management experience, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and can operate effectively in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management consulting or related field.
• Proven track record in large-scale organizational change programs.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead project teams in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated change management strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and support structures for change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to build buy-in and address resistance to change.
• Monitor progress of change initiatives and provide ongoing support and adjustments.
• Advise senior leadership on best practices for managing organizational change.
