Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Consultant specializing in Change Management to join a predominantly remote team serving clients across Gauteng, with occasional client site visits in Benoni.

You will develop and implement robust change management strategies, lead stakeholder engagement, and coach leadership and project teams through transformations, mergers, technology adoptions, or strategic shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of change management consulting experience.
• Proven success leading complex organizational change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Prosci ADKAR and Kotter's 8-Step methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies and training programs.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify risks and resistance points.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build support for change initiatives and foster adoption.
• Design and deliver training materials for new processes or systems.
• Monitor progress of change initiatives, measure impact, and adjust as needed.
• Provide guidance and coaching to leadership and project teams on effective change leadership.
