Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Remote Management Consultant in Change Management & Organizational Design to join a fully remote team. You will guide organizations through complex transitions, develop change strategies, redesign structures, and foster a transformation-ready culture.

This role serves diverse clients nationwide, including Randburg-based opportunities. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree and a minimum of 9 years in management consulting, with expertise in ADKAR and

Qualifications

Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
Minimum of 9 years in management consulting with a focus on change management and organizational design.
Proven expertise in ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process, and similar methodologies.
Experience leading remote, complex client engagements and virtual teams.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute change management strategies for large-scale transformations.
Design and implement organizational structures and roles to support goals.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, identify resistance, and craft mitigation plans.
Facilitate workshops and training to build change capacity in clients.
Create communication plans to ensure clear messaging throughout the process.
Measure impact of initiatives and recommend improvements.
