Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years' recruitment experience with Mining & Resources focus.
• Experience placing senior management, technical and operational roles in mining.
• In-depth knowledge of the mining lifecycle, exploration and extraction.
• Proven business development and client relationship management.
• Proficient with advanced sourcing tools and ATS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive search and senior-level recruitment for mining & resources.
• Proactively identify and engage with high-caliber professionals in the sector.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing methodologies for mining roles.
• Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key clients.
• Provide market insights and consultative talent acquisition advice.
