Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants within the Mining & Resources division.
• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to meet client demands and market opportunities.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and secure new mandates.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level and technical roles within the mining sector.
• Ensure the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction are maintained.
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
