About the Role

You will manage key client relationships, lead complex search assignments, and mentor junior consultants. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and specialist roles within the mining and resources sector.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of the mining lifecycle, related technologies, and key industry players.
• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage complex search assignments.
• Proficiency with ATS and specialized recruitment sourcing tools.
