Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in spa management, client relations, or similar role within medical aesthetics or beauty.
• Proven track record in customer service and client relationship management.
• Experience with spa software and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong sales and marketing acumen.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Understanding of medical spa treatments is advantageous.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment balancing on-site and remote duties.
• Leadership potential and team motivation ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
• Manage appointment scheduling optimizing therapist and doctor utilization.
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Greet clients, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure a positive client journey.
• Handle client complaints professionally and seek satisfactory resolutions.
• Promote spa services and packages to drive sales and bookings.
• Maintain client records using the spa's CRM system.
• Coordinate communication between clients, medical staff, and therapists.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of spa supplies.
• Implement and refine client relations strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Contribute to marketing efforts and special promotions.
• Manage administrative tasks remotely as required by the hybrid model.
