Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Medical Spa Operations Manager in Pretoria to oversee daily spa operations, lead clinicians and admin staff, and drive revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of safety and client care.

You will manage inventory, policies, and regulatory compliance, partner with medical professionals, and guide staff development in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of spa management experience, with senior operations exposure.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and P&L reporting.
• Experience driving sales, marketing, and client retention for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the medical spa, including client scheduling, service delivery, and facility maintenance.
• Manage and lead a team of aestheticians, nurses, and administrative staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies, aesthetic products, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost control.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones, achieving revenue targets.
• Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction through consistent monitoring and service recovery.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain relationships with medical professionals, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations specific to medical spas.
