Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of spa/clinic/medical practice management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management is preferred.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and client service focus required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Manage all spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Lead, train, and motivate estheticians, therapists, and admin staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost control for Durban location.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards for medical spas in KwaZulu-Natal.
• Drive marketing and sales initiatives to attract and retain clients and monitor KPIs.
