Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in medical spa management or related leadership role in aesthetic industry.
• Proven success in business development, strategic planning and financial management.
• Extensive knowledge of medical aesthetic treatments, procedures and technologies.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance in the aesthetic sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule balancing on-site and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the medical spa, including staff management, scheduling, inventory, and quality control.
• Ensure adherence to medical and aesthetic treatment protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of medical professionals, aestheticians, and support staff.
• Enhance client experience and retention through exceptional service delivery.
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain clients.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services.
