Placements24 is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations & Logistics for a fast-growing e-commerce business in Polokwane, Limpopo. Lead supply chain optimization, warehousing, and delivery networks to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.

You will build high-performing teams, drive process improvements, and partner with logistics providers to negotiate favorable terms while maintaining compliance and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in operations and logistics management, with e-commerce/retail focus.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in logistics and warehouse management software (WMS) and ERP systems.
