About the Role

Our client, a leading national logistics and supply chain company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee their busy distribution hub in Polokwane, Limpopo, ZA . This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of logistics, warehouse management, and supply chain optimization. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods, managing warehouse staff, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and service levels. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for both on-site leadership and remote strategic planning. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the logistics hub, including receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, supervisors, and administrative personnel.
