Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management or sales in logistics/software.
• Proven track record in retention and growth of key accounts.
• Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel in Pretoria region.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts in logistics and supply chain.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for upsell and cross-sell.
• Serve as main contact for assigned accounts and resolve inquiries.
