Placements24 is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee and grow key client relationships in the Kimberley region within South Africa. The role blends client engagement, strategic account planning, and revenue growth across the logistics and supply chain sector.

You will serve as the primary liaison between major clients and internal teams, ensuring high service levels, proactive issue resolution, and informed guidance on expanding service utilization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in logistics/supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts in logistics and supply chain, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue and service utilization.
• Liaise between clients and internal operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling logistics services.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and strengthen partnerships.
• Forecast account revenue and report on KPIs.
