Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead the IT and Technology division in a fully remote role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for software development, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud roles, while expanding the client base and nurturing relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in IT recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and a proven track record in executive recruitment.

Qualifications

• Our client seeks 5+ years of IT and technology recruitment experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in executive and niche IT recruitment, with strong business development skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, including software development and data science.
• Develop sourcing and engagement strategies for niche and hard-to-find talent.
• Build relationships with key clients and hiring managers within the technology sector.
• Drive business development and identify new client opportunities.
• Conduct technical screening and behavioral interviews, and negotiate offers.
