Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric
• IT qualification and/or certifications advantageous
• 4–6 years IT support experience
• Experience with Active Directory administration
• Jira or similar ticketing systems
• Endpoint protection solutions (ESET preferred)
• LAN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, and VPN troubleshooting
• Exposure to routers and firewalls
• NAS devices and backup systems
• User data archiving
• CCTV and NVR environments
• Linux environments (advantageous)
• Virtualisation platforms (advantageous)
• ERP or business systems (advantageous)
• Automation tools (advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT support to office and site-based users
• Resolve escalated hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Assist with IT installations and infrastructure deployments at various locations
• Support and maintain IT assets, devices, and equipment
• Perform user account administration and access management
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and user training
• Assist with endpoint security, backups, and data management processes
• Provide occasional after-hours support when operationally required
