Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the Infrastructure, Support and Facilities teams to ensure uptime and robust IT services.
• Drive intra-team processes and efficiencies for optimal performance.
• Oversee the availability of servers and networks and handle issues impacting uptime.
• Develop and implement IT policies and standards.
• Ensure maintenance and proper deployment of software across systems.
