You will deliver frontline IT support, assist with system backups, and ensure secure, stable operations across the business.

The role involves troubleshooting, user support, and collaboration across IT services, with travel to client sites for onsite assistance when required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science is required or equivalent.
• A+ and N+ certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-focused IT support skills are essential.
• Experience with hardware, software, and connectivity environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT support for incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues (remote and onsite).
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and security-related permissions; assist with backups and reliability.
• Travel to client sites for onsite support and service delivery across locations.
